Colorwind Reacts: Sonic Lost World Coming to PC

Two days ago, as I’m checking my twitter feed, the Sonic the Hedgehog account posts that Sonic Lost World will be coming to the PC. This stopped me in my tracks as I exclaimed “WHAT!?”

I Bought Lego Batman 2 and Marvel, Gears of War 2 and 3, Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy VIII, and Batman Arkham Origins!

new games

I probably shouldn’t be buying as many games as I am but there as so many deals right now! This is going to be short because although I bought Chrono Cross, FInal Fantasy VIII, Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 3, I haven’t loaded them up yet. Yeah, I know, I probably shouldn’t have bought them but oh well. So yeah, I bought seven more games since last Tuesday or so. I got Chrono Cross on the PS3 via PSN, Final Fantasy VIII, Batman Arkham Origins and Lego Marvel Super Heroes on PC via Steam and Green Man Gaming, and Lego Batman 2, Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 3 on the 360 via the Games Store.

Steam, The Bringer of Dreams

Steam, Steam
the bringer of dreams
titles upon titles
of games that seem
good enough to buy
at least for the price
but now, they sit
unplayed, cold as ice

I’ll play it someday
you say to yourself
Best to buy now
while you have the wealth
Though Lego Batman
is good at $4.99
you’ll never play it
because there’s no time

You own now more games
than you ever did before
Your collection of twelve
became a hundred and twenty-four
Steam, Steam
the game of the dime
you now own enough games
to last the end of time

Colorwind Reviews Goat Simulator – I’M A GOAT!

goat-simulator

Ummm…I don’t really know what to say here. Here’s a game that barely has any rules, is purposely glitchy, and doesn’t have any main quest or objective. I mean there is a point system and you can get a multiplier going but it’s more something to try to do rather than an actual overarching goal to strive towards as you play the game to its conclusion. What’s more is you can see most of the game and what it has to offer in…oh say…three minutes? Maybe five minutes? So it’s a simple game. That’s not necessarily a bad thing though if it’s fun. And it is, for awhile. Ugh, maybe I should start by explaining things first.

Colorwind Plays ► Pinball FX 2 – Marvel’s The Avengers (PC)

In this episode of Colorwind Plays, I show off my favorite pinball table currently in Pinball FX 2, Marvel’s The Avengers for the PC via Steam. Look at all the flashing lights and pinballs based on each Avenger! Continue reading “Colorwind Plays ► Pinball FX 2 – Marvel’s The Avengers (PC)”

Colorblind ► Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (PC) {The Revenge!}

Originally a Colorwind Plays video. On this edition of Colorblind, I give Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver on the PC via Steam a chance again, this time with a controller, but wind up getting horribly lost several times.

My Gaming Landscape [October 22, 2013]

My Gaming Landscape

This is going to be quick as I didn’t play very many games this past week simply because I was busy with work and work took extra long due to me still being a little sick. I played a little bit of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of TIme 3D but not much. It was mostly me finding heart pieces and gold skulltula and going through the Lost Woods. Seriously, over the week I played about two hours. Not much at all.
